The UK left the EU’s Single Market and Customs Union on 1st January 2021.  This has resulted in changes that apply to customers in Republic Ireland, who remain in the single market.

CUSTOMS CHARGES AND INTERNATIONAL TAXES 

Important: Ordering outside of the UK will give rise to customs and import duties. As a result of BREXIT this now includes the European Union. If you order through Etsy (EU orders only) there will be no customs & Import charges

It is important to be aware that ordering outside of the UK will give rise to customs, import duties and handling fees. As a result of BREXIT, this now includes the European Union. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Buyer pays for the import duties and taxes, customs charges once goods have arrived in the destination country.

• Orders between 10€ and 150€ customers are likely to be charged Import Tax and a handling fee.
• Orders over 150€ customers are likely to be charged Import Tax, handling fee AND a Customs Charge 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct taxes, customs charges and handling fees if any, are paid according to their own countries legislation.

Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to Weluxia. If this is the case there will be a processing fee of £10 deducted from your refund in addition to the shipping costs incurred to send the package to you and the shipping costs to be return to Weluxia. Please ensure you are happy to pay the import duty and any associated fees BEFORE placing an order.
